ORDER INFORMATION

Welcome to the Dust Factory Online Warehouse.

All orders will be approved before they are accepted (It can take between 1-24 hours for order approval). Upon approval you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

*Freight is invoiced separately when the order is ready to be dispatched. Most orders ship within 48 hours depending upon availability. It can take between 3-15 business days for an order to be dispatched once the warehouse begins processing it.
